What is the Book About?

I'm currently writing a book on prayer and the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola.  As I journeyed through the Exercises, I noticed that each "Week," or part, of the Exercises offered a different image for my relationship with God.  In my book, I explain the Weeks of the Exercises and offer insight into the deepening relationship with God that we are invited into through them.

The book also includes practical recommendations on how we can spend time in prayer, as well as suggestions for keeping our prayer personal, intimate, and relational.
